The Book: Please Stop the Rollercoaster! How Parents of Teenagers Can Smooth Out the Ride For busy parents of teenagers, this book offers a wealth of practical, succinct information. Grounded in research, it guides parents to examine and discuss the most important issues you are likely to face. The book can be used on its own, or it can be the curriculum for a parent discussion group that either has a leader (see Leader's Guides below) or operates as a self-led book group.

The Leader's Guides: for professionals or parent leaders, the Leader's Guides will provide step-by-step instructions for leading this eight-session program. Additionally, we provide promotional materials as well as guidance for helping your meetings to run smoothly.

We offer three different Leader's Guides for discussion leaders:
